To confirm a booking, 50% of the total reservation amount needs to be paid. (For eg: If a guest is inquiring on 01^st December and want to confirm a booking for check in on 25^th December, 50% needs to be paid on 01^st December)
Balance payment: To re-confirm a booking, the balance 50% of the total reservation amount needs to be paid 21 days prior to the check in date. (For eg: If you have made the booking on 01^st December and paid the advance 50% of the total reservation amount on 01^st December for check in on 25^th December, the balance 50% of the total reservation amount on or before 04^th December)
If the booking date is within 21 days of the check in date, then 100% payment needs to be made to confirm the booking.
